Thank you to Levitch for our beautiful, revamped practice.
We were very impressed by the efficiency and well-organised meetings before constructions commenced. It was important to us that our practice kept a similar ‘feel’ to it that it had pre-renovation, and that it didn’t feel stale and clinical. Following our first design meeting it was clear to us that Levitch had understood our requests and provided us with images and samples of colours, styles and ways to introduce a clinical environment is comfortable and welcoming surrounds.

Levitch Designs reputation, professionalism and support is what got my attention. It was extremely important to me, the team worked with an organisation who was not only aligned to our goals but appreciated and understood innovation in our design concept. Working collaboratively with Levitch we have achieved a holistic revolutionary design that is people centric; meeting the needs of patients, dentists, staff and the business.

Like every ambitious man has dream of having a car like Merc… I had a dream of having my own practice designed by Levitch. And it came true. Very professional in approach, within the budget and deadlines decided, very accommodative and respect feelings of customers are the pillars of Levitch’s success. They live by their reputation. I have no hesitation to recommend them again and again and again!

The best decision I made was to start my own practice and the second best was to engage Levitch for the renovations. I always found them to be completely professional, thorough and honest in my dealings with them. Whenever there were issues in the construction phase they were always contactable and had a well thought out solution.

I keep getting wonderful compliments on the external appearance of the building – it is going down very well … and public reaction is fantastic. LDA really followed the brief in terms of aesthetics. The building says a lot about what I want my practice to represent … Every time I walk through the surgery I feel happy that I asked you to do the design!

After 18 months in new premises, treatment plan acceptance has increased dramatically … our turnover has increased 83%…the premises reflect the standard of care we provide and because of that we do get that greater acceptance rate. We were breaking even within 2-3 months … the expansion was duly justified. The patients are overwhelmed by the atmosphere within the practice. I wished I’d done it a lot sooner than I had.

I’ve been in the new premises for 11 weeks now and feel even in that short time that we’ve settled in and seen significant improvements…our budget had been that to break even we were going to need to see a 12-15% improvement … we’re already seeing a 20% increase on 6 months ago. The cost … really pales into insignificance between the growth of the practice and the quality of the fit out.

The only thing we would do differently is get a bigger site. We thought 5 chairs would be sufficient for us and we will be putting in our 6th chair and the more chairs we have the more we would fill. We have increased productivity. The practise has just grown.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with LDA and the team. Although they have been on the other side of Australia, the coordination has been just fabulous to create something we are truly proud of. I believe we will probably leave this as a legacy in years to come. People have asked me why I made this move at my age,

I was very impressed and LDA were the first people I went to … I think every young dentist and every older dentist should look at their office surroundings, their facilities and look at upgrading them at the appropriate time. We work very hard in dentistry and we spend a lot of hours in this space and who wants to work in a space that is miserable. I think it’s wonderful to work in a space where everything works, where the spaces work where you look and you see a beautiful object or an outlook. Working with LDA saved us a lot of time, stress and was such an enjoyable experience we would do it again in a heartbeat.
