PK was born and raised in Malaysia. She studied and worked on four continents: Asia, Europe, North America and now Australia. She trained in art and design in Singapore, and later at the Pratt Institute in New York where she was inspired by the cultural capital of the world.
PK has more than fifteen years of diverse experience as an interior designer in large scale healthcare, aged care, academic, commercial, hospitality, retail and environmental graphics projects.
PK creates interiors known for their warmth, expressiveness and attention to detail. PK has a reverence for the inherent beauty of nature, colour psychology, sustainability (as a LEED accredited designer). She embraces global art and design and incorporates these elements into every project to enhance well being for the end users.
PK’s portfolio of unique interiors includes an array of artistic and sophisticated public, commercial and institution projects in Asia, America and Australia.
In her free time, PK enjoy spending time with her family and 2 rescued dogs, Ginger (the naughty Boxer) and Chili (the kind and sweet Staffy-Mix). Her passion lies in exploring the world of art, food and culture. She enjoys spending time in nature. In 2018, she hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and the W-trek in Patagonia.
