The scope of services LDA offers covers many areas of expertise. Before the design process even begins, our team can step in as a healthcare building designer in a number of areas with our pre-design services, including locating suitable sites, negotiating lease terms or conducting feasibility studies to determine viable land purchase. We can also determine building costs for those looking to build or extend.

We also offer a complete turnkey solution via our Design & Construct package, which sees us manage the entire process from pre-design to medical fit-out. Our healthcare interior designers ensure that clinic design and fitouts are completed to an exceptionally high standard and ready to receive patients.

The Process

Site & Location

LDA works closely with each client to find the best possible site – then creates a conceptual floorplan & a costing schedule and assesses plumbing & electrical requirements before negotiating on the property.

Lease Negotiation

For a nominal fee (and typically with enormous ROI) an LDA consultants can either guide, or completely manage, the negotiation process to ensure you get the deal you deserve.

Feasibility Study

LDA carries out a Feasibility Study which looks at the key financial considerations involved in setting up a practice from IT and software to potential revenue to repayment options.

Building Design

LDA’s award winning architectural team works with our construction experts to create a stunning practice which combines aesthetics with practicalities.

Healthcare Interior Design

LDA’s healthcare design takes into account patients as well as staff – our approach addresses ergonomics, facility planning, statutory compliance issues, environmental sensitivities, patient perception, as well as the longevity and practicality of materials.

Construction & Co-ordination

LDA offers a complete, fixed fee at the start of the project, taking the uncertainty out of your budget. We also assign one dedicated team to your project from start to finish, offering our clients a seamless result.

Graphic Design & Marketing

Our design capabilities encompass all forms of practice presentation including brand identity, stationery design, print marketing and custom websites with CMS.
